Business Purpose

Attendee Management tracks expected and actual participants for an activity, supporting operational planning, compliance review, and post-activity reconciliation.

Standard Steps

  1. Open the target activity.
  2. Add planned attendees individually or by approved import template.
  3. Confirm attendee role, organization, and participation type.
  4. Update actual attendance after the activity is complete.
  5. Resolve unmatched or duplicate attendee records.

Permission Rules

Requesters and activity owners can manage attendees before completion. Post-activity edits should be limited to authorized users and recorded for audit purposes.
