Business Purpose
Attendee Management tracks expected and actual participants for an activity, supporting operational planning, compliance review, and post-activity reconciliation.
Standard Steps
- Open the target activity.
- Add planned attendees individually or by approved import template.
- Confirm attendee role, organization, and participation type.
- Update actual attendance after the activity is complete.
- Resolve unmatched or duplicate attendee records.

Permission Rules
